Menstrual cups: Quarter 5 Report

During this reporting period, a school outreach was conducted atKigungu primary school to provide menstrual hygiene education and products to the pupils and teachers.

Key Activities and Achievements

A total of 150 pupils were empowered with essential knowledge on menstrual hygiene and management.

Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Sessions: Pupils actively participated in engaging and interactive sessions focused on proper menstrual hygiene management (MHM). These sessions addressed common myths, promoted accurate information, and fostered confidence in managing menstrual health.

Distribution of Menstrual Products: A total of 75 menstrual cups and 75 menstrual pads were distributed to the girls of Kigungu primary school during the session. They also received comprehensive guidance on safe usage, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure proper hygiene, safety, and comfort.
