Lacerations, broken bones, internal injuries... survivors of the earthquake in Nepal need medical attention and Global Links is working to furnish the life-saving medical and surgical materials that skilled health workers need to treat and heal the wounded.
First responders and Nepalese healthcare professionals are in need of medical and surgical supplies to treat major and minor injuries, perform surgery, and care for those in recovery.
Global Links is providing medical materials to support Nepal Earthquake relief on two fronts: 1. International Medical Aid Program: Assisting hospitals on the ground in Nepal by providing medical / surgical supplies for health facilities. 2. Medical Service Trip Program: Assisting US-based disaster responders/medical professionals traveling with or at request of a disaster relief organization by by providing medical/surgical supplies and instruments that will be hand-carried to Nepal.
