To all of you who donated to this Mercy Center project - thank you so much! On Monday we reached our second goal, to reach $4000 in donations to this project. In fact we reached $5000, all in one fell swoop, thanks to a very generous donation by Brendan Beck. We've had 70 other generous donations as well.
For the rest of August, we would still be grateful to get more donations - additional donations will be used to buy additional equipment, probably mainly uniforms and additional books. We may also be able to fund a little party at the school to celebrate :-).
One more thing - I'm not quite sure how this works, but apparently if you use facebook to "like" or " share" this project, we build share points. If we can get to 300 points, we get a $300 bonus. So please "like" and "share" away! (I have posted it on my facebook page but I guess each person can just post the project link to get it started for their own facebook page:
