According to recent estimations, around 30.000 people coming from vulnerable populations, including drug users, live in Athens. The lack of effective monitoring systems and related data regarding the actual numbers of these popullations, and the insufficient communication and cooperation among service providers, leads to overlapping services, barriers to access in prevention, healthcare, harm reduction and therapeutic services and poor management of human and financial resources.
- Mapping of the availability, coverage and capacity of all the existing services for drug users and other vulnerable populations in the city of Athens - Adress the needs and strengthen the capacity of street workers and professionals - Enhance cooperation and service linkage among organizations, preventing service overlap, increasing effectiveness and reducing costs - Provision of better visibility of available services in real time
- Expand the use of the application from the majority of street workers and professionals - Increase access of beneficiaries to services - Increase linkage and referral rates to services - Strengthen the quality of the provided services - Reduce service overlap, increase cost effectiveness
