Project Report | Dec 14, 2023
What a year!

By Giulia Leone | Project Leader

Our most recent update shared the joyous news of numerous graduations this year, marking significant milestones in our children's lives. As we enter the year's final months, a new chapter unfolds as some of our girls embark on the journey of college admission tests. This momentous occasion marks a historic milestone, as for the first time in 17 years, one of our cherished children will enter higher education. The collective excitement is palpable, and we owe this achievement to your unwavering support and our dedicated donors from around the globe.

The excitement is not confined to college-bound; there is a buzz of enthusiasm among others eager to commence their academic endeavors. Simultaneously, the younger children continue to thrive in kindergarten, primary school, and the concluding years of secondary school. The collective momentum of progress persists, with the little ones benefiting from the guidance and assistance generously offered by their older counterparts during moments of respite from their academic duties.

Beyond the formal education, even during vacation, our children extend their time and affection towards our two beloved Malaika mascots—our ever-faithful dogs. These loyal companions, always ready to receive a comforting embrace, serve as a source of joy and solace, creating moments of respite and connection amid the bustling energy of our community.

Please consider making a monthly donation to support Malika's education for the next year. Donors who set up a new monthly donation to a project will have their first donation matched at 100%!

We thank you for your precious support.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
