Dear Friends,
When a family is forced to flee their home due to war and crisis, the trauma doesn't end when the journey stops. Today, across the refugee settlements in Greece and the war-damaged streets of Syria, displaced families are facing a silent, devastating threat: a severe housing crisis.
Rents have skyrocketed to prohibitive levels, and for vulnerable, women-led families, the risk of homelessness is dangerously real. Without stable shelter, families face a heart-wrenching reality—the threat of being forced onto the streets or separated entirely because they cannot afford a single safe roof to share.
But your support is actively changing this narrative. Thanks to our first 10 dedicated donors, our "Solidarity in Action" project has already stepped in to provide critical housing support, securing safe accommodations for 5 vulnerable families.
By keeping these families together in one home you give them the foundation for total recovery. When a mother knows her children are safe from the elements and off the streets, the crushing weight of survival lifts. She can focus on finding stable work, and her children can finally return to school with dignity. Safe housing is the vital first step that allows these traumatized children to grow into heathly adults.
Currently, we are €3,720 away from our total goal. With winter approaching and rent costs continuing to climb, our immediate priority is to expand this housing relief to ensure no family is left out in the cold or forced apart.

- €50 helps stock a displaced family’s home with essential emergency food baskets and warm clothing.
- €100 provides direct emergency rent support, keeping a vulnerable mother and her children safely together under one roof.
- Become a Monthly Donor: Setting up a small, recurring donation provides predictable funding, allowing our local teams to guarantee long-term housing stability and prevent sudden evictions.
