With the deterioration of the economic conditions in Lebanon and Syria, the priority of families fleeing the war in Syria has become to secure water and food, while neglecting the children's need for joy in new clothes. Therefore, this project will target the most affected and poorest group of families and provide new clothes for their children. This project will provide new clothes for 200 Syrian orphans in the camps of Lebanon and northern Syria.
With the increasing economic pressures on the Syrian refugees in Lebanon, and in light of the difficult conditions the country is going through, the Syrian refugee is no longer able to secure his basic needs, and for this reason most families are unable to buy new clothes. for their children, thus depriving refugee children of their right to wear fresh clothes like any child in the world. This problem has a significant and profound impact on children's psyche and self-confidence.
Through this project, we will buy new clothes for 200 orphan refugee children who are in the Arsal camps in Lebanon and who belong to the poorest families there, which will contribute to drawing a smile on their faces and supporting their families in filling this basic need.
The implementation of this project will positively affect the psychological aspect of the forgotten children in the camps, instill in them a love of life and integration into society, and will also give a boost of hope and happiness to parents. In many of the cases we observed, the reason children did not go to school was because they were ashamed of the worn out clothes. Therefore, we are confident that we may save the educational future of the child with this step.
