Season of summer camps in schools!

By Ms Jahanara Shiraz | Head of Academics

Our dear donors, well-wishers and supporters, I am taking this opportunity to thank you all for the achievements and successes of our students with the help of your financial support. It is great that Zindagi Trust primary graduated children are now studying in Secondary Mainstream Schools. This is considered as a great achievement of Zindagi Trust and for this a big Thank you to our donors for making it all possible!

Now-a-days schools are off for two-month summer vacations.  During summer vacations the government & private schools management offer enriching summer programs, which are open to all.  The rationale for the summer programs is to give students exposure to outdoor activities for which they do not get a chance during the year.

This update will highlight the summer camps activities held in the month of June in the schools across Pakistan where Zindagi Trust students are studying.  Zindagi Trust students’ registration fees were paid for the summer camps in their respective schools and students were free to join camps of their interest.  Apart from the academic coaching camps the schools had organized cricket coaching, swimming, gymnastic, skating, volleyball & basketball camps as well.  The academic coordinators acknowledged the efforts of schools management for providing opportunities to our students as well to participate in and contribute in team building activities and to explore new things to live up to their full potential.

Once again Thank You for bringing smile on the faces of our children!
