2022 was an extraordinary year. With generous support from our Lynn Sage community and donors like you, we granted $1.38 million across research, fellowships in imaging and surgery, and support for the Lynn Sage Breast Cancer Symposium that brings world-class clinicians and researchers from across the globe together to collaborate and educate.
But there is still much to be done, and so we came together for strategic planning to look ahead -- and learn. While leaning into our legacy and deep commitment to research, medical training, and collaboration we look at areas that serve the entire breast cancer community. We want to understand what is the "last mile" in breast cancer, but also what can we learn about breast and chest cancer across different communities? Where are areas where we can partner - or convene conversations?
There are more exciting and meaningful things to come in 2023, but we are honored and proud looking back on 2022 - as well as humbled as our community stood side-by-side with us to support our mission - and create impact for those diagnosed with breast cancer.
2023 is about more. More research, more education, more moments, more equity, more partners, more hope.
Because we believe more hours in the lab + supporting the brightest minds = answers and outcomes for longer, healthier lives.
Thank you for being a part of that story and impact.
