Empowering Students and Communities

Since 2020, our partnerships with local schools have addressed vital needs and built lasting opportunities. Our school lunch program now provides over 1,400 nutritious meals each day, fueling learning and well-being. With a new water system, more than 2,300 students and faculty have reliable access to clean, safe drinking water, improving health across the community.

Advancing Education and Digital Literacy

Education remains at our core. Since launching our computer program in 2022, over 1,000 students have gained essential digital skills in computing, coding, and graphics. Our reading initiative and new library inspire curiosity and strengthen literacy, laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

Expanding Access: The Mobile Computer Program

This year, we brought digital literacy directly to underserved schools in Uganda with our Mobile Computer Program. Equipped with laptops and expert instructors, students—many using computers for the first time—are building confidence, curiosity, and a passion for new skills.

Vocational Training for Sustainable Livelihoods

We also launched a vocational school offering literacy, computer skills, and tailoring. These practical, affordable programs equip youth, women, and families with tools for employment, entrepreneurship, and resilience. Looking ahead, we plan to add workshops in woodworking and bicycle repair.

Tender Grassroots (TGR) has successfully launched a Mobil computer training session for Kids, marking a significant step in providing digital education to young learners. The session introduced children to fundamental computer skills, sparking curiosity and excitement as many use computers for the first time.
