As part of our foundation’s initiatives, we have organized a variety of engaging activities aimed at fostering creativity, personal growth, and community involvement. Each of these events has not only brought people together but also contributed to our mission of supporting those in need.
• Ceramics Workshops – A hands-on experience where participants explored the art of ceramics, learning various techniques while expressing their creativity. These sessions provided a therapeutic and relaxing space for all involved.
• Floristry Workshops – A wonderful opportunity for participants to engage with nature, learn floral arrangement techniques, and create beautiful compositions. These workshops encouraged mindfulness and artistic expression.
• Art Auctions and Charity Bidding – We hosted exclusive art auctions featuring works donated by talented artists. The proceeds from these events directly supported our foundation’s initiatives, allowing us to further our mission.
• Psychology Workshops – Led by professionals, these workshops focused on mental well-being, providing valuable insights into stress management, emotional resilience, and self-care practices. They served as a safe and supportive space for learning and personal development.
Each of these activities has had a meaningful impact on our community, strengthening bonds, encouraging self-expression, and raising essential funds to support our cause. We look forward to continuing our work and expanding our initiatives in the future.
We are also pleased to share that we have established an agreement with a Ugandan company, FOB Company Profile, which will be responsible for constructing an orphanage using sustainable bamboo materials. The company is owned by Fred Ijjo from Uganda, and we are excited to collaborate on this meaningful project that will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need.
Also Our architect, Inga Rolek, has received a grant from Uganda to build the first part of a bamboo prototype for our orphanage! This is a huge step toward realizing our dream of creating a sustainable and safe home for children in Uganda. Bamboo is an incredibly durable and environmentally friendly material, perfectly aligning with our vision of sustainable construction. We are grateful for the support and look forward to the next stages of the project
