Save the children from Uganda who are fighting for survival in the shadow of the African sun. We are tree women from Poland, Karen, Joko and Christine which are helping needy children and orphans in Uganda for a year. Our main goal and dream is to build an ecological orphanage for 120 children. This project will enable food, education, profession and preparation for family life. So far, many people have been involved in the project for free. Build with us loving home for unwanted children.
The population of Uganda is 49 million people with the rate of orphans of 2,4 milion. This picture raises even more concerns with Uganda growth rate data: a child is born every 18 seconds, which impacts the scale of the problem. The Ugandan children's future is a stake. They have no access to food, clothes, medicine, or a good education. Emotional needs are totally ignored. There are not many houses that provide basic needs, which are: safety, love and care.
Our Foundation provides nutritious meals, quality education, providing access to healthcare facilities and community support for orphans and needy families in Ruhija, Uganda. The motivated personnel is trained in nutrition, education and child care. Our community support to local families provides financial assistance, child care education, health service and economic empowerment initiatives. Building orphanage will provide loving, safe home for 120 orphans and future generations..
Building an orphanage for 120 orphans will provide education, life skills and emotional support, orphaned children can grow into self-confident and capable individuals who contribute positively to society. That will break the cycle of poverty and improve their own quality of life as well as that of future generations.
