The social issue that love.futbol tackles is the general "environment" and community of children who want to play soccer but are unable to do so. In Japan, there are children who are struggling because of economic poverty and social inequality, and who have given up on playing soccer even though they want to. In addition to financial and equipment support, they also need connections with society, but face barriers to integrate, connect, and play.
love.futbol works to change the environment for children who want to play soccer but cannot, by building community-based soccer and sports fields in Japan to eliminate opportunity disparities and use the fields as a base to solve local issues such as education, gender, poverty, and public safety.
