With Summer starting in Cape Town the team at the Cape of Good Hope SPCA are preparing to tackle the season's new challenges, to uplift the lives of all animals and work to put a stop to animal cruelty in Cape Town, South Africa.
As the largest animal welfare in the country our Inspectors see untold suffering and the cruel face of animal abuse daily- whether it be starving dogs, abused horses or abandoned farm animals with no-one to care for them- our Inspectors are the ones tasked to prevent suffering and rescue those animals only they can save.
Just this last month we have seen a number of farm animals like Patricia the Nguni cow looking for care.
Thanks to your help we are able to offer animals like Patricia a haven from neglect - giving her shelter from the heat, fresh water and food along with veterinary care.
Support from animal lovers just like you, who trust that we will do what is right for all living creatures - every cent we receive enables our Inspectors to put fuel in their vehicles to respond to animals in distress.
Thank you for being a voice for those that are unable to speak.
Animal Cruelty Must Stop. No Animal Should Suffer.
