"LIN Oi, Where Are We Going" is an initiative starting from 2014. The program is an experiential half-day (or full day) group orientation to local causes, local nonprofits and strategic giving; it is designed for teams from philanthropic companies or groups of individuals. The program helps prospective donors through the process of selecting a cause or organization to support based on best practices in giving and the unique requirements or expectations of a company or group.
When joining in the program, participants will get a chance to understand the needs and operations of nonprofits identify opportunities for making a strategic contribution, experience unique and purposeful visits get closer to the underserved communities in Vietnam while opening the lines of communication between nonprofits and donors.
In 11 March, 2017, LIN organized a session "LIN Oi, Where Are We Going" with the them An Equal Access for All starting from LIN Home to visit other organizations that working for Equality including ICS (LGBTIQ), DRD (Disability Research and Development), Tình Thân Group.
Before leaving LIN, participants attended an orientation to find out the difference between charity and community development, 7 steps to involve with a social project, effective giving.
An Equal Access for All is one in four sessions of "LIN Oi, Where Are We Going" that LIN would organize for public to register, those who would like to understand the NPOs.
