Dear donor,

Thank you for your support of the “Light Up Their Path: Autism Youth Career Experience” project. With your help, we successfully completed a series of meaningful activities designed to support young people with autism and intellectual disabilities in building confidence, developing practical skills, and taking steps toward social inclusion.

Over the course of this project, we organized both immersive Career Experience Camps and targeted career readiness training sessions at the Inclusion Factory. In total, participants had the opportunity to engage in hands-on work experiences, including assembling components in a real workshop environment, while also receiving structured support in key areas such as communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, and workplace behavior.

From larger group camps to smaller, more personalized training formats, we continuously adapted our approach based on participants’ needs and real working conditions. These efforts allowed young people not only to experience “how to work,” but more importantly to learn “how to interact, collaborate, and grow within a team.” These are critical skills that support long-term employment and greater independence.

This project is now being closed as we transition our focus toward integrating these learnings into ongoing and future programmes with more sustainable, long-term support models. While this specific project cycle is ending, our commitment to supporting autistic youth and individuals with intellectual disabilities continues.

We warmly invite you to stay connected with us and follow our future work through our other projects on GlobalGiving or via our official website. Your continued support will help us reach more young people and create a more inclusive society.

Thank you again for being part of this journey.
