Shabnaz

A Tale of Sustainable Financial Empowerment

“There was a point in my life that I gave up on getting an education, but I'm glad that wasn't my fate," said Shabnaz, expressing her gratitude for Spreeha.
Shabnaz was asked at a very young age to sacrifice her education to become the breadwinner for her family. Despite the endless hardship and poverty she faced all around her, the spirit of education and advancing in life was still alive inside her. She persevered through it all.
By securing multiple scholarships based on her outstanding academic results, Shabnaz was able to finish high school while working part-time.
However, the expense of attending college was too much to bear, threatening her dream of earning a university degree. That's when Spreeha came into the picture. Spreeha's Scholarship for higher studies gave Shabnaz the opportunity to follow her ambition and pursue a university degree.
Today, Shabnaz is studying at the university, while also working as a community officer at Spreeha, which helps her support her family. Smart and hard-working Shabnaz dreams that she will be an influential professor someday.
