Project Report | May 26, 2026
Good Health is Wealth

By Zachery Onyango | Project Leader

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Thanks to your continued generosity, our mobile outreach program is delivering life-saving healthcare services to rural communities across Uganda. Many families in these areas face long distances to the nearest health facility, making access to timely care extremely difficult.

During this reporting period, our team provided medical services to at least 50 patients daily through regular outreach clinics in remote villages. In total, over 3,000 individuals received free consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. The most common conditions treated included malaria, respiratory infections, diarrheal diseases, and maternal health complications. We also supported pregnant women with antenatal care and referred high-risk cases for advanced treatment.

One memorable case involved a young child suffering from severe malaria who was brought to our clinic just in time. After prompt diagnosis and treatment, the child recovered fully—an outcome that highlights the importance of accessible healthcare services.

Beyond treatment, we strengthened community health systems by training local health workers to provide follow-up care, health education, and early referrals. These efforts are helping communities better understand disease prevention, hygiene, and nutrition.

Your support has enabled us to purchase essential medicines, diagnostic tools, and transport supplies to reach hard-to-access areas. Each contribution is making a real difference—saving lives and improving health outcomes.

We kindly encourage you to continue supporting this vital work. With your ongoing partnership, we can reach even more communities, provide consistent daily care, and ensure that no one is left behind.

Thank you for making this work possible.

With gratitude,
Project Team
