Our students love to read, but our school has a critical shortage of reading material. Most of our books are old, damaged, or too few to serve the needs of over 250 children. We also need a wider variety of book genres, reading is not just about academics and literacy; it's about curiosity, self-confidence, and empowerment.

Children love to read, but they lack access to quality, engaging, and culturally relevant materials. This limits their ability to develop strong literacy skills, explore their interests, and grow into confident, curious learners.
This project will directly address the book shortage by: Purchasing new, high-quality books that are age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and span multiple genres. Stocking the school library and classroom reading corners, ensuring students have daily access to materials that inspire them. Organizing books by reading level, making it easier for teachers to integrate reading into lessons and for students to explore independently. Creating an inviting reading space to promote a reading.
