Let's Keep Girls in School – Final report
During our September 2026 visit to Madagascar, 60 urban girls enrolled in the project received their certificates in pastry-making. The curriculum includes menstrual hygiene education, medical check-ups, instructions in nutrition and vegetable gardening, along with crochet and embroidery.
In the rural area, at the Model Healthy Village in Ambodisiny, 60 girls enrolled in the project also demonstrated their culinary skills and received menstrual hygiene supplies.
This project was fully funded by others. It is thriving and has become a model to be replicated by another NGO and by government agencies.
