There is no end in sight for the need of skilled individuals to work in the residential home construction industry.  What our vocational participants learn on the job repairing a disaster survivors home will last them a life time.

Despite this continuous and constant need for skilled labor, across all trades it is becoming harder to find willing participants. ROAD continues to seek partnerships with new organizations that can help provide the individuals willing to learn how to install a roof, hang drywall, lay flooring, etc.  There is not an element of home repair and renovation that we do not encounter in working with disaster surviving family.

As homes continue to be built and age, likewise disasters continue to create damages, both of which need skilled trades workers to meet the need. ROAD continues to provide both.
