After all the children successfully finished the school year, we used the summer for learning and fun. Six children from different countries, who study Bulgarian with us, joined the "Children's Police Station" camp. This was their first summer camp in Bulgaria. There were many educational games, competitions, and prizes. They took on the roles of policemen and firefighters and learned how to give first aid.
In July and August, we organized colourful art workshops and visits to museums, where the children learned interesting facts about the Bulgarian history. Also, we went to the planetarium, where they learned about how important for us is the sun. Of course, during all this time we did not stop with the Bulgarian lessons.
In September with the beginning of the school year we are going to accept new children.
