Over the next two months, more than 100 Palestinian, Israeli & American youth will attend Kids4Peace summer camps in Atlanta; Boston; Houston; Brattleboro, VT, and (for the first time) at Kibbutz Keturah in Israel. But summer camps are just the first step. With your help, we will provide year-round dialogue, community service, and cultural programs as these youth learn to become peacemakers - ending conflict and inspiring hope in Jerusalem and beyond.
Across the globe, children are growing up in divided societies, where they learn to fear people of other backgrounds. In Jerusalem, Palestinians and Israelis live amid a long-term conflict, and in the United States, tensions among religions and cultures can erupt into violence
Kids4Peace builds long-term relationships among Jewish, Christian and Muslim youth, teaching them the skills to be peacemakers. - Monthly meetings for dialogue, cultural exchange, and community service - Overnight trips, to explore complex issues like identity, racism and violence - Community projects, where youth from different backgrounds volunteer to improve society
With over 300 alumni and 150 youth involved in year-round programs, Kids4Peace is showing the world that "together peace possible." We aim to end conflict and inspire hope.
