Our HERS Group remains a major part of Community Initiatives of Wisconsin! This support group for single mothers and women of underserved communities continues to provide a large impact towards the women who attend our programs, as we share and discuss the struggles of their lives and give words of support along with access to free resources such as diapers for their young ones.
And as CIW continues to expand, so too does HERS. CIW has recently acquired a new office space in New Berlin, WI with the aim of bringing our programs to the people and communities of New Berlin. HERS will play a major role in our New Berlin office as we plan and schedule new meetings with clients from New Berlin and provide resources for them.
We look forward to seeing where the growth gets bigger and larger.
