Keep a Roof Over the Heads of 83 Orphans

In today’s rapidly changing world, the children in Mercy Homes face many challenges beyond having a safe place to sleep. They are growing up in a society marked by inequality, the fast pace of technology, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences from their past.

Thanks to your kindness and generosity, Mercy Centre continues to provide a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where children can heal, learn, and grow. Your support helps us ensure safeguarding, education, emotional wellbeing, healthcare, nutritious meals, and daily care for every child in our homes.

As our children grow into adolescence and young adulthood, they face new challenges related to confidence, identity, peer influence, future planning, and preparation for independent living. While they have access to education, mentoring, internships, and employment opportunities, many still need encouragement and guidance to believe in their own potential and see positive pathways for their future.

Our priorities remain focused on maintaining high-quality care, supporting healthy development, strengthening transition planning, and equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to build independent and productive lives.

Mercy Homes continues to focus on:
• Building confidence and self-esteem
• Expanding career exposure, mentoring, and life-planning opportunities
• Strengthening life skills and independent living preparation
• Supporting successful transitions into further education, employment, and adulthood

Beyond their studies, the children participate in meaningful weekend activities that help them discover their talents, develop discipline, and build confidence. These include dance classes, traditional Thai dance, Thai music, Taekwondo, sports, and creative activities that enrich their lives and create joyful childhood memories.
