Sharing our 2016 results

Dear friends,
In our last report we told you we would share our annual results with you so here we are, keeping our promise...
In 2016:
  • 1651 participants from 20 provinces received useful information about education, employment or job-training opportunities to help them reach their personal and professional goals.   
  • 354 youth graduated from high shool thanks to Cimientos scholarships and mentorings and were advised to help them define their life project on this new period.
  • 491 graduates received vital job training such as how to search for a job, computer skills, sales and marketing, accounting lessons and customer supports.
  • 46 participants were granted college scholarships and 6 of them proudly graduated  and now have a college degree.
  • 42 graduates found jobs thanks thanks to our help and obtained personalized mentoring during the first 3 months at their new jobs.
  • 32 participants volunteered at Cimientos. 
  • 4 graduates meetings were held with a total of 161 participants.
  • 10 workshops and graduates meetings were held for 355 youth, who learned how to make their CVs, recieved vocational training and listened to testimonies of different proffessionals.
  • 2 seminars were held with human resources employers of different firms in order engage more people to hire low- income youth.
  • 87 NGOs, universities and fcompanies worked together with the Graduates´ Network to provide low income Argentine youth with job opportunities, employment training and education resources.
