On June 16th we hosted a meeting with representatives of Human Resources of different companies to promote among the private sector the importance of implementing youth employment policies. Our team presented youth employment problems data and statistics in Argentina and Latin America focusing also in the gender inequalities that still persist in our country and region.
Following this, we carried out a group activity where all the participants had to choose a position to employ the candidates whose CV’s our team handed out. Fortunately most of our candidates were potentially employable by this HR teams.
This meeting purpose was to promote consciousness among the private sector to boost youth employment opportunities in our country.
The next meeting will take place on July 21th with our future graduates’ class 2015 during their winter holidays.
