What concerns us?
In Argentina, the youth unemployment rate is approximately three times higher than the national average, and this age group also experiences the highest rates of informal employment. Additionally, it is estimated that one in four young people aged 18 to 24 neither study nor work—commonly referred to as a "double exclusion." This issue is even more pronounced in vulnerable communities, where it affects nearly half of this population.
Our Proposal
We support the post-secondary transition of socioeconomically vulnerable youth, primarily those who have participated in our programs. The Graduates Network aims to promote educational and/or job placement opportunities through various strategies. By collaborating with companies, higher education institutions, civil society organizations, and public agencies, we strive to offer training and employment pathways aligned with the needs and aspirations of these young people.
Key Lines of Action
Our differentiator: The comprehensive post-secondary support tailored to graduates of the Future Graduates program, helping them build a meaningful life project.
Key Results
In 2024, our partners included Zurich Argentina and Zurich Foundation, Aeropuertos Argentina, Mercedes-Benz Argentina, BBVA, KPMG, Ogilvy, and Plaza Logística.
We also thank Motorola, Google, and JP Morgan for their valuable support.
In Their Own Words
“What I liked the most about the workshops was how they were conducted. The activities were genuinely fun and engaging. Every session was dynamic, which kept everyone actively involved. The overall experience created a positive and enjoyable environment that made learning incredibly rewarding.”
— Oswaldo, participant in the Job Readiness Training
