From the Graduates Network, we are working on the following actions and projects:
EMPLOYMENT TRAINING COURSES: We have successfully completed the first two courses scheduled for the first semester, training 37 young people as administrative assistants and in financial skills. These courses are designed to prepare the youth for their first formal jobs. As a complement to these training sessions, we are organizing a day of simulated job interviews (role-playing) involving around 10 companies that typically hire junior profiles or first-time employees. This provides all graduates with valuable interview experience and practice in real-life scenarios. The graduates are very enthusiastic about this opportunity. Additionally, these events serve as an excellent recruitment source for future or current positions within the participating companies
"I was able to obtain this certificate, which is so important and meaningful to me! I am sooo happy to have lived this unique experience with such a close-knit team. Thank you very much for the care, empathy, patience, and for providing me with such a valuable training!" - A. C.

"Today, I successfully completed a beautiful course, accompanied by wonderful people as my classmates, and with the guidance of the mentors. I am also grateful for the knowledge shared by Fundación Cimientos and KPMG Argentina. I learned a lot, and I am very thankful for the space provided to each one of us." - L. C.

For the second semester, we already have 05 more courses confirmed, focusing on Administrative Assistant, Financial Skills, Advertising, Customer Experience, among others.
MEETINGS: We recently had our first Virtual National Youth Gathering! Through Zoom and YouTube livestream, we were joined by over 400 young people from Cimientos Argentina Programs, as well as Uruguay and partner organizations. Alongside volunteers and collaborators from various companies who supported the event, we worked on building the framework for choosing a life project, making informed decisions, and embracing different opportunities with great enthusiasm for learning. These talks and workshops serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for the post-schooling aspirations of the youth
JOB PLACEMENT: In these first few months, 35 young people have already found employment, and we have added 05 more companies to our network of organizations offering job opportunities to our young participants
"I want to say thank you to all of you for making the course so enjoyable and for sharing your knowledge. What I learned in the course was truly valuable, and it helped me secure the job I have today. Keep up the great work because tomorrow it could be your turn - keep pushing forward! " - F. F.
VOCATIONAL AND CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIONS: We are collaborating with our "Programa Futuros Egresados," which supports high school students, to organize 04 in-person workshops in different areas of CABA, AMBA, and Rosario (Santa Fe province), with an estimated reach of 500 students. Our plan includes conducting vocational and career guidance workshops, hosting panels with professionals, and inviting universities and training centers to share information with the students. The opportunity to exchange experiences with professionals is a unique chance for young people to clarify their doubts and find inspiration for their career and employment choices.
We are also continuing to enhance our support and rethink our strategies to further engage with the digital world as part of our work with students. We are designing various activities where technology plays a key role in their implementation
HIGHER EDUCATION: So far, 20 young people have been awarded scholarships for university or vocational training, thanks to our collaborative efforts with other institutions and organizations. In this second stage of the year, we will begin promoting new scholarship opportunities for studying at private institutions. We will work on supporting interested young individuals in the application process, providing guidance and assistance in preparing the required documentation
Continuing our collaborative efforts with the "Programa Futuros Egresados," we recently organized a visit to the National University of Moreno with young students from General Rodríguez who are in their second-to-last year of high school. We received a warm welcome, and the students had the opportunity to explore the university campus and learn about its educational offerings
