This Project will providing training to 100 widow , abandoned and divorced women on different trades such as handicrafts , packaging , nakshikatha and date leaf crafts for their job placement.
We have found out 1250 women in our working area who are destitute. Most of the women are widow , divorced and abandoned ; living under poverty line . They take meal once in a day and strive for 2 times . Though they have no husband but left 1/2 children. Besides this their rights , health , children education is under problem . Government is taking initiative but it is not sufficient . Narail [our working area] is a deprived district in the country.
Training of women on different trades[handicrafts, packaging ,date leaf craft, Nakshikatha], rights , health , hygiene , marketing and others . Workshop for employer , govt. officials and others stakeholder for the job placement of trained up women.
We will develop the capacity of 100 women which will contribute to reduce poverty, hygiene and health improvement, children education, women rights and ensure the empowerment of women .
