#itsapeoplething- Mental Health Awareness Campaign

The #itsapeoplething aims to challenge the misconceptions and stigma around mental health issues. Thousands of young people each year are not accessing services or not receiving the right support. We aim to change the conversation and show that mental health issues are non-discriminatory. Every young person deserves the right to not suffer in silence. Help us make a change and change the way we view mental health issues.

There is still a wide stigma around mental health which is stopping young people accessing our services. This is resulting in them suffering in silence and taking there own lives in extreme cases.

We aim to help dispel the misconceptions and stigma around mental health and encourage more young people to engage with services like ours. Our social media campaign will be used to promote the voices of young people who suffer and who understand the need to access support.

Long-Term Impact

The long term affects would be a more inclusive community offering more support to young people in need.
