Dear friends!
Thank you for your support and please take some time to read our report on our project!

We thank all those who supported our project "Introduce 30 Blind Youth to European Values" - socio-psychological training of visually impaired young people for independent life through the study of the experience of the EU countries.

During the reporting period:
We have created a data base of young people with severe visual  impairment in Ukraine who are interested to participate in this project
We signed a partnership agreement with the Polish charity foundation "Ari Ari" in international cooperation in the field of culture, education and social projects, especially in the field of accessibility and rehabilitation of people with disabilities (blind and visually impaired children and youth) in Ukraine and Poland. We prepared a tour group of 10 blind people from Kharkiv, Kyiv. The group will travel in August to Poland to study the experience of working with visually impaired youth in Poland.
From July 30 to August 11, a group of 28 blind people, volunteers and experts will participate in the international project "Road to Independence" in 2016, in which Ukraine, Poland, Russia, Bulgaria will participate. The project involved the blind young people who left the Donetsk and Lugansk region. During the project we will pay much attention to the psychological work aimed at the development of communicative qualities, overcoming conflicts, negative stereotyping. Project participants can receive individual consultations of psychologists. In addition to intensive rehabilitation work planned tours, sea tour, conducting meaningful leisure time.

Thank you again for supporting our project!

Best regards,

Valentina Butenko
