The IBTSC is a FREE 48 hour program that gives students an opportunity to use technology, research, and collaboration to address issues and problems confronting the human race on a global scale. Students will work together to learn to code in HTML5, Java Script, and CSS. Students work in teams of 4 to build a website that reflects their ideas and commitment to problem solving. Teaching students to code can be life changing for a child in an underserved community.
There is an opportunity divide where students are not able to compete for many careers in STEAM due to the lack of awareness and the skills necessary to compete. We are addressing that gap through our community programs to support students from underserved areas and provide them with the immersive learning experiences that will lead them to exciting careers in their future.
Our education programs offer opportunities that lead individuals, including young people on a path to success. Our mission is to support pathways for Middle School, High School, College and Career readiness. Supporting students by establishing networks that support employment pathways through our programs and industry partnerships. We introduce students and young adults to the career opportunities in (STEAM), Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math and the 21st century workforce skill
Through our Community Ambassador Program we develop playbook models for immersive programs that allow communities to deliver immersive programs. Over time these students will give back to their own communities and the communities they go to school or work within. The result is an organic model that continues to learn and give together.
