The Russian invasion shattered lives, leaving many Ukrainians in despair-some without homes, others grieving loved ones or struggling without income. Some lost everything. We go beyond charity, offering comprehensive support: psychological, career, legal, and social assistance. It empowers individuals to rebuild their lives by overcoming stress, healing from loss, securing employment, and addressing other critical needs to restore resilience and self-sufficiency. Your donation can change lives.
The war in Ukraine has displaced millions, leaving vulnerable groups without essential services. IDPs, youth, and individuals with disabilities face unemployment, trauma, and social isolation, with only 38% of employable IDPs working as of April 2024. Existing services are fragmented and stigmatized, limiting access. Over 3 years, SpivDiia programs have helped 3.5 million people. With funding reduced, we need your support to help Ukrainians rebuild their lives. Every donation makes a difference.
Our project builds a comprehensive support system through regional hubs offering psychological, career, legal, and social services. By addressing multiple needs at once, we help individuals transition from vulnerability to self-sufficiency. Case management ensures personalized support, while capacity building prevents burnout and maintains service quality. In 2024 only, SpivDiia helped 500+ to receive legal aid, 1,600+ get psychological support, 1,700+ have career consultations, 30% found jobs.
This project promotes self-sufficiency among vulnerable Ukrainians, helping restore resilient communities. Through integrated support, we empower individuals to regain independence, rebuild their lives, and contribute to their communities' recovery. We aim to increase employment, improve mental health, enhance social integration, and strengthen resilience. We create a sustainable support ecosystem replicable in other regions of Ukraine in collaboration with local authorities.
