During this reporting period, La Casa de la Sal continued implementing the Comprehensive Sexual Education for All program, focusing on adolescents and young people from secondary schools in Xochimilco and high schools and universities belonging to the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
This initiative seeks to promote informed, responsible, and stigma-free sexuality through a holistic approach that nurtures emotional, physical, and social well-being.
During the sessions, many students expressed appreciation for having a trusted space to talk openly about sexuality—something often limited by taboo or misinformation.
Education is the most powerful tool to prevent violence, stigma, and HIV — and to build healthier communities.”
