Every artist begins in a community—a place that shapes how they create, connect and see the world. 

At YoungArts, we meet artists where they are because we know that when artists are rooted in their communities, their work can grow far beyond. 

Across the country, YoungArts is supporting artists building creative ecosystems, opening doors for others and sharing work that connects communities nationwide. 

This year, we’ve launched a new series of YoungArts Presents films, highlighting this impact in action. 

Paloma, a YoungArts alumna in Chicago reflects the identity of her city through printmaking. Dallas choreographer Avery-Jai is building infrastructure for local artists to thrive. And in Washington, D.C., Carlynn uses poetry to connect, inspire and activate her community.

YoungArts stands apart as the only national organization dedicated to supporting artists across all disciplines and throughout their lives—providing access to critical resources, including funding, incubation and presentation opportunities, mentorship, professional development, and a powerful network of more than 24,000 peers.
