4GIRLS EMPOWEMENT WORKSHOP 2024
Do you know a middle school girl that would benefit from being with a group of other girls that share the same hopes, desires, dreams and fears? Join 4GIRLS for their annual EMPOWERMENT workshop on March 23rd and March 24th, held on the campus of Long Beach City College, 4035 Clark Ave, Long Beach, CA 90808. 4GIRLS Organization is hosting a FREE fun-filled empowerment workshop where middle school GIRLS can come as they are, embrace their authentic self, and be strong.
There will be 2 days of activities that will inspire and empower GIRLS to be their strong authentic selves. GIRLS will interact with other middle school girls in several action-packed activities, vision journaling, self-defense, and dancing. We also include discussions on mental health, navigating social media and body positivity.
The event is free, and we provide plenty of snacks and a delicious lunch. All 4GIRLS programs are open and inclusive of any youth regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, political belief, socioeconomic status, sexuality, physical ability, or other identities. Respect, tolerance and understanding of others’ backgrounds and beliefs must always be exemplified as all GIRLS are welcome to share a safe space.
