Dear friends,
I would first like to send ImagiNation Afrika's best wishes for good health at this difficult period as the world deals with the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of us are facing uncertainty but we remain hopeful and optimistic.
We know that conquering this pandemic will require even more coming together of people near and far to help the most vulnerable and to take courage from each other. Please find below a report to show how solidarity has helped us achieve great things recently, your support of ImagiNation Afrika's work has been making an impact.
ImagiNation Afrika has been preoccupied with the following question: How can we ensure that from birth, children are accompanied by adults, institutions and social values that support, facilitate and promote their social and cognitive development? Indeed, we know that early childhood is the key, cross-cutting pillar of sustainable economic development in Africa. With this in mind, we organised an interactive workshop on February 25th to bring together over 75 influential people from key sectors, including media, transport, urban planning, housing and technology, to delve deep into the issues impacting early childhood. This day served to kick off a series of catalyzing conversations around investment in human capital in Senegal and how that can transform the country.

Thank you again for your support and we wish you safety and good health as we go through this trying period across the globe.
