Summary RHI was founded in 2014 by Valencia Mieke Randa in Jakarta with the name Rumah Harapan Valencia Care Foundation (RHVCF). In mid-2016, RHVCF changed its name to Rumah Harapan Indonesia with the aim of building more houses stopping in all major cities in Indonesia. Rumah Harapan Indonesia (RHI) is a halfway house for children aged up to 17 years undergoing treatment for serious non-communicable diseases. Generally, patients at RHI come from poor families who come from outside big cities.
The problems for sick children who almost lost of hope at RHI are lack of Social Support, Poverty and Economic Hardships, Gender Discrimination, Lack of Education and Awareness, Inadequate Child Protection Mechanisms, Mental and Physical Health Risks.
This project aims to address the problem of sick girls who almost lost of hope in Indonesi through a comprehensive and compassionate holistic approach.
