Thank you for supporting this project. I am writing to share some updates about our Earthquake response in Indonesia. We appreciate you taking your time to learn more about this crisis.
In November of 2021, a 5.6 magnitude earthquake hit Cianjur Regency, West Java Province in Indonesia. This devastating natural disaster resulted in the displacement of over 114,000 people. It also killed 334 people, injured 7,768 more, and damaged 56,251 houses. As this devastating earthquake hit, it also triggered landslides in some areas of Indonesia.
