La necesidad de formación de nuestros educadores , es una misión ineludible, ya que sólo en la medida en que los dotemos de herramientas que les permitan realizar su labor pedagógica con la debida pertinencia que requieren las personas con discapacidad, lograremos una verdadera inclusión educativa.
Durante el mes anterior realizamos un ciclo de formación con la particiación de 70 maestros de escuelas públicas y privadas, quienes durante 2 jornadas tuvieron la oportunidad de aprender sobre la flexibilización curricular, los programas individuales de educación y la implementación de centros de aprendizaje en el aula regular.
Así mismo pudimos acercarnos y compartir un taller con un grupo de 15 educadoras del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, quienes atienden niños en Hogares comunitarios.
Necesitamos de tu apoyo para incrementar la inclusión de estudiantes con síndrome de Down y discapacidad cognitiva y para disminuir las tasas de deserción escolar en nuestra comunidad.

The need for training of our educators is an unavoidable mission, since only to the extent that we equip them with tools that enable them to perform their educational tasks with due relevance that persons with disabilities require, we will achieve a true educational inclusion.
During the past month we conducted a training course with the participation of 70 teachers in public and private schools for 2 days, who had the opportunity to learn about the curricular flexibility, individual education programs and implementation of learning centers in the classroom regularly.
Also we could share a workshop with a group of 15 educators from El Instituto Colombiano del Bienestar Familiar ICBF, who help children in community homes.
We need your support to increase the inclusion of students with Down syndrome and cognitive disabilities and to reduce dropout rates in our community.
