Project Neuroblastoma. Cure First launched the Neuroblastoma campaign on Global Giving to raise awareness and funding to apply high-throughput technologies to precisely identify targeted and potentially less-toxic therapies for children with Neuroblastoma. Thanks to the initial funding of $6,175 we are now in a position to purchase reagents and retain talented young researchers with expertise in culturing Neuroblastoma cells and in analyzing the results. Our Project Leader, Dr. Carla Grandori, has met with pediatric oncologist experts in Neuroblastoma and has initiated collaborations across the country. We now have all in place to tackle Neuroblastoma and are hopeful to reach the $50,000 goal to fully launch the project. Thank you to our 52 donors for your generosity and interest in children’s cancers!
