We realized these events in the program "in hospital with Lecorice" during March to May.

During this period a volunteer program continued with regular volunteers' visits to the hospital wards. Volunteers visited pediatric and adult patients to make them more enjoyable and reduce the time spent in hospital and they spent there a total of 485 hours.

Also there was come another canistherapy dog, which expanded the number of animal assisted therapy teams that visit patients regularly. Labrador Jupiter goes to please the  children in the Child neurology every week and there he became a favorite companion.

There were seven art workshops, especially with an Easter theme.

During the art workshops the children in pediatric wards could try, for example, a decoupage techniqe, working with colors on glass and paper and also made eggs from felt. In the Geriatrics and aftercare ward patients decorated gingerbreads and in the Rheumatology and Rehabilitation wards they began to make flower brooches.

So that even employees had been reliefed from worries, we prepared a spring workshop for them as well. After a few hours under the experienced guidance volunteers took away beautiful hand-knitted baskets from the workshop.

The big event, which volunteer program implemented in April, was the Easter camp for children of employees called "Journey to Easter treasure".

Children over two days got acquainted with Easter traditions. They said goodbye to winter with making the figure of Moran when they chanted the poem in Krcský woods, then threw it into the stream and  welcomed spring. Children had a creative and physical activities. In the pottery workshop they decorated a ceramic egg, baked Judas, made  bunnies and eggs from paper and many other activities.
