Dogs visited pediatric departments of the Thomayer Hospital
When it comes to dogs, everybody in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Department of Pediatric Neurology loves them. Two dogs visited these departments on the5th and the 19th of March.
Not only the children, but also their parents and the nursing staff were pleased by the performance of dogdancing. The children really enjoyed petting and stroking both Sofi and Majdalenka.
Valentine workshop in Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
On the 14th of February,the Valentine workshop in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry took place.
We made Valentine greeting cards of decorative paper. The children could write a message or dedication on these cards. Then the children took the Valentine cards home to please their beloved and express them their love :)
Easter workshop in the Thomayer Hospital
Before the Easter, we traditionally organize the Easter workshop for the hospital staff and Licorice volunteers. On the 14th of March, about one hundred people gathered to prepare for Easter. We made Easter wreaths of Easter eggs, coloured ribbons, birds and other Easter decoration.
The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. Everybody took home a nice spring decoration and some Easter wreath were distributed also to several departments of the Thomayer Hospital.
