We are happy and excited to report that this past Saturday 23rd of August, we have started the new year of operation for Impulso Universitario. This marks our 27th year of operations, and the start of the road for a brand new generation of students, who begin their effort to better their education and increase their quality of life.
This new generation, which integrates 78 new beneficiaries to IU, marking this year with a total of 287 beneficiaries. The start of the project was marked with a starting ceremony, a local rally and activities to get the young men and women who are part of the program acquainted with their fellow beneficiaries, creating bonds and building friendships among each other.
The event was marked by the arrival and participation of all the beneficiaries of our four offices, who congregated in the headquarters of Merida to bid a warm welcome to the new beneficiaries and mark the beginning of what surely will be a wonderful year, full of new successes and achieved goals.
We want to thank everyone who has donated, participated, and helped along the way. It is thanks to you that this new generation can continue on the road to improve their quality of life and forge a better future for themselves.
