Dear Friends and Family of Impuslo;
We are glad to report that our newest generation is coursing a steady path through their academic and emotional education. Their academic journey has just started, and theyseem excited and attentive during the sessions of our Comprehensive Training Program.
Since the last report, several of our largest activities, such as the annual campout and the cinema forum, these activities are an important moment to foster a sense of community among our beneficiariesin a relaxing environment.
The advances on the Comprehensive Training Program have been significant, with our newest generation covering topics regarding sexual health, the skills they will need for their professional lives, and financial responsibility, this section of the Program focusing on their physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as imparting upon them the skills they will need during and after their education.
Meanwhile, our older generations are maintaining a steady course in their respective sections of the program, overseeing such topics as human rights, project planning, social action and responsibility, and they have also started their projects of social volunteering; these topics are bound to interest them in participating in their community and local projects and teach them the need to partake in the growth of their community in an active manner.
Finally, we areextremely proud and excited to report that, as we approach the end of the school year, we are getting ready to celebrate the graduation of several of our beneficiaries. 35 students from all four of our regional offices, 6 from Valladolid, 8 from Oxkutzcab, 5 from Tizimin and 16 from Mérida are all reaching graduation this July. The degrees they are obtaining include several disciplines, ranging from law, dentistry, nursery, medicine, architecture, bioengineering, among others.
It fills us with pride to see them succeed and we are sure they will help create a brighter future for their communities and our state, and are confident in their bright future, both in their personal lives and their professional endeavors.
We want to thank you all for your kindness and your support, through your generosity we are able tohelp our students obtain a better future and participate in the growth of their communities.
