Life Without Water

First and foremost,Happy New Year. We are greatful to see the hew year, and once again, please accept our apologies for the tardiness in posting our report. This has been due to the hectic schedule, and inability for most of our staff to access the internet, as we have been in the field.Internet is still not accessible in some parts of the world

Otherwise we are gla to let you know, that lifeis changing in a village where hope had dissipated.The year 2018 is a year of hope, For the first time since the inception of the world, we are seeing hope in a community that was forgotten. Positive change amidst despair.Education is improving, women economic conditions are conditions.

You will know the importance of water in human life by visiting Manila Village. Lives have been changed; where women and children used to walk more than 23KM a day in pursuit of less than 3 gallons of water, spending almost a whole day. Now, at their doorsteps, five minutes away, they are getting clean safe, drinking water. This project is not stopping here. We are expanding it. We need to add additional pipes for the water to reach many in the community

The Manila water project has changed lives. It has brought a relief and a big impact to the lives of the people. Children are now getting a chance to go to school. Women are having time to engage in other economic activities. Above all waterborne illnesses have been significantly reduced if not eliminated. The residents are now walking less than five minutes to fetch, clean and safe drinking water
