Greetings from IIMPACT ! We wish you and family a Happy New Year 2015.
We thank you for your support . Your support made 2014 a year full of achievements and an extremely successful year for IIMPACT.
In the last quarter we tried to highlight the importance of empowering local ownership of cleanliness agenda and encouraged our girls, their teachers and the community at large to engage in the national Clean India Campaign. Learning Centres are promoting hygiene and sanitation related activities encouraging our girls to ensure that the surrounding areas near their centres and homes are kept clean.
We conducted counselling sessions and discussed the importance of Washing Hands , Keeping the Surroundings Clean, Planting Trees and so forth. Despite the cold wave that continues to sweep across North India the villagers participated in the all the activities that took place.
We share with you the activities that were conducted across the IIMPACT Learning Centres in our latest quarterly review.
With your support we have been able to reach out to thousands of girls who were previously out of school. We believe there is no better investment than a girls education. Investing in her education means she will have the tools to reinvest back into her family. And we certainly see this happening…
Our plan for this year is to reach out to more and more out-of-school girls, giving them an opportunity to join the learning centres. For this we need your helping hand. We look forward to your continued support in this bright new year.
