Traditionally summer is the time for educators' vacation in Bulgaria.
July and August are free of classes but this doesn't mean teachers' minds are away from new ideas and inspiration for the new school year. IPE carries out teacher trainings so a new cohort JUMP Math teachers (aproximatelly 30) will start using the methodology in September.
Apart from JUMP Math curriculum IPE has focused efforts on developing materials and resources in the form of a platform (ITeachWell) to develop the necessary skills to work in the digital age and cope with the techno-stress caused by new technologies.
The platform is free of charge and was elaborated in partnership with several renouned European partners from France. Spain, Italy and Latvia. Teachers can explore the personal, the pedagogical and the whole school level through the prism of a variety of best practices and strategies to maximize the benefits of technology in everyday work and ward off burnout and digital stress.
All JUMP Math shools and teachers are invited to find useful ideas and be better prepared for the new school year.
We hope they enter more inspired and centered the classrooms soon!
