Girls grow up hearing limits before they discover possibilities. Not always explicitly. Sometimes it's in stereotypes about jobs, leadership, money, science or ambition. Those messages quietly influence what girls believe is available to them. By age 6, girls can already be less likely than boys to associate "brilliance" with their own gender. By age 7, children already associate different jobs with men and women, with their career aspirations shaped by gender stereotypes.
For 10 years, we've challenged the stereotypes that can limit girls' ambitions, helping them see more possibilities for themselves and their futures. We've created moments that spark confidence, conversations that encourage girls to think bigger, and experiences that challenge assumptions about what girls can do.Role models have been one of our most powerful tools. We're building confidence, developing skills, expanding knowledge and opening possibilities.
